This recipe is one of the best soups I’ve ever made. It’s absolutely delicious. I didnt have sun dried tomatoes but I added a small jar of bruschetta and 1/2 cup red pesto. I will definitely be making this again.

This soup was delicious. I made it for dinner tonight. It was so easy and I had most of the ingredients already in the pantry. I added a little heavy cream just maybe a 1/3 cup to thicken the broth up a little more. Other than that followed your directions to a tee and it turned out perfect! Thanks for sharing!

I made this soup because my friend raved about it. I followed the directions to a T but when I put the milk in it curdled. Any ideas why? It still tasted good but didn’t look as pretty as your picture.

We don’t really love them either, but if you chop them up small enough, it’s worth the cost/labor. They really do add a LOT of flavor to the dish.

I love to make soup. Very seldom do I try a new recipe where I don’t have to adjust to add more flavor. I made this recipe exactly as is. It was so flavorful. Thank you for the recipe. Will be making this again and again.
