Tried this for dinner tonight, as per the recipe. Absolutely spot on for the at-home version of the Olive Garden! Might add a bit more pepper next time now that I have an amazing base to modify and play around with. Thank you for making this available, saw your video originally on TikTok!

This is one of my favorite soups now that the cold weather is approaching! The gnocchi really makes it.

I have tried a couple of chicken gnocchi soup recipes but this one is the one I will make again and again. It’s so easy, especially using a rotisserie chicken. We served it with garlic bread and there wasn’t one drop left.
