I made the 9 serving version and it tasted great. It called for 3 tablespoons olive oil, but 1 tablespoon would have done it. Next time I’ll strain the meat filling or used less oil, maybe even a tab of butter to saute the onions. Overall the rosemary and thyme made the dish! Thanks.

Made a double recipe exactly as written except for no Parmesan in the potatoes because I didn’t have any. It was so good. This will go into the rotation for sure. Also a great dish for taking to other people.
