HUGE hit at a BBQ party. Asked for the recipe by several people. Simple and DELICIOUS. I did make it the day before the party and it was still great the next day. I saved some at home from the batch and we ate it a few days later, still fresh and delicious!

I did and wish I didn’t. It’s fine, but they were overly sweet and the brightness of the rest of the fruit made the pineapple chunks look old.

I used red and green grapes, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries, along with small cups of mandarin oranges. I stirred in the sauce just before serving. Huge hit!
