In watching the video there is just the lemon juice used to make the syrup. Water is added after the cucumber and mint leaves are strained out and the syrup is added to a pitcher in which it will be chilled.

Yes, and it’s available in most grocery stores (sometimes as spearmint) in dmall, ready-made packages

I recently was recommended the cucumber mint lemonade while dining out, so searched for a recipe on line. Just made it and am enjoying the first glass over ice. Yummy and refreshing on a hot summer day!

I made a batch of this for my sons cricket club. It was a massive hit with all the kids.
I wasn’t sure if the cucumber would put them off but it was a winner.
I used sparkling water and regular white sugar and it this was such a great with the kids.
