This salad is amazing. It comes together quickly. I’ve already made it 4 times in the past 2 weeks. The balsamic dressing is *chef’s kiss.* It’s my husband’s go to request. We’ve had it with grilled hot dogs, steaks and sautéed shrimp tonight. Thank you for sharing this amazing salad.

This is so good. I almost always have an english cucumber and tiny tomatoes in my fridge. I’ve just finished making this again. I’ve also sent this to my daughter and she loved it.

This recipe is refreshing and very good. We have a garden so I used an Armenian cucumber, which holds up great in salads, and a little sliced zucchini along with the rest.

I am stag 4 renal failer Nd diabetic. Always looking for different salads a d veggie recipe. I can not have been dark green anything. Menu Is pretty small. That salad I can hVe. Sounds great.
