I made these hamburgers this evening, and they were very flavorful and juicy. Next time, though, I will cut down on the black pepper. This is just my preference, and others may not agree. I made these on my newly purchased indoor grill, and I will do so again!!

I will make our burgers this way from now on. They were perfect!! My husband had eaten 1/2 of his in no time, he NEVER does that.
