Ingredients
1Tablespoonolive oil
10 oz.boneless skinless chicken breasts,-chopped into bite size pieces
2teaspoonssteak flavored grill seasoning,or any all purpose seasoning spice mix
4cupschopped romaine lettuce
1cupchopped strawberries
1cupblueberries
1cupraspberries
1/2cuppecan halves
Poppy Seed Dressing
1/3cupmayonaise
3Tablespoonssugar
2Tablespoonsmilk
2Tablespoonwhite vinegar
1Tablespoonpoppy seeds
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonground black pepper
Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and grill seasoning. Cook until chicken is cooked through and beginning to brown (about 8 minutes), stirring occasionally. Once the chicken is cooked, let it cool for at least 5 minutes.
In the mean time, assemble the salad. In a large bowl, add the lettuce, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and pecans. Set aside.
Prepare the poppy seed dressing. In a small bowl, add the mayo, sugar, milk, vinegar, poppy seeds, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
Add the chicken to the salad. Pour desired amount of dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
