Ingredients

white vinegar

Instructions
In a large bowl, add the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the cucumber, tomatoes, and onion to the bowl. Stir until the vegetables are well coated in the marinade.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
Strain the liquid. Or, serve with a slotted spoon.
